1. PreparationMeet with the Pastor, Board or Congregation of your Church to discuss your goals in obtaining a new facility and the right timing for your move. Tour your facility, and prepare it for marketing and sale.
 
2. Marketing. My database of buyers includes hundreds of metro-area churches that have already contacted me to buy property.   As an E-Pro, I am certified in Internet Marketing and I use that technology to attract buyers to my website at ChurchLady.Net where your property is advertised day and night, and to send information out with pictures of your property to prospective buyers nationwide. As a Commercial Realtor, I have access to multiple databases. These powerful services allow your property to be advertised online locally and nationwide to brokers and their buyers through the Multiple Listing Service, MLS, and in the Commercial Information Exchange, CIE, as well as other commercial databases. I use church-specific advertising to attract the Church buyers, and advertise to Commercial users when your property has commercial potential, based on zoning regulations, and your desires.
 
3. Negotiating the sale. From writing contracts, to any number of duties performed, I facilitate the transaction, assisting with inspections, zoning questions, following-up on buyer’s financing, title matters and more while coordinating the sale of your property and the possession of your new building.
