1. Prepare for your move by getting you pre-qualified for financing. Being ready to move means knowing what you can afford. I can help you locate a church-friendly lender, and be ready to act when the facility you want comes on the market.
2. It does not matter whose sign is in the yard, call me for information and for showings. I can show and sell any building. My affiliation with multiple real estate databases allows me to obtain information on any property that may fit your needs, no matter who may be representing the seller. Remember, in order for me to assist you, I must be the one to show you the property and write the contract offers.
3. Prevent problems before they start. Even after closing, there are potential problems that may occur with any transaction. Experience is very important in preventing these. Work with an experienced Realtor in your area of Real Estate, and include a Mediation/Arbitration clause in your contract.
